L’Arcane Gamay vieilles vignes AOC Lavaux

Red wines can also be very pleasant for aperitifs! ARCANE is the proof. This delicate summer wine is made from old Gamay vines that are over 30 years old. Gamay is the second most important varietal after Chasselas in the Lake Geneva Region. It develops fresh fragrances of forest fruit with a spicy note.

Special feature : It is ideal for drinking as a summer wine. This variety is second only to Chasselas and before Pinot Noir in the canton of Vaud.
Character : Aroma of blackcurrant and forest fruits, pleasantly spicy, nice fruit in the mouth, fresh on the palate, moderately tannic.
Recommended : Dish with bread and cheese, starters, meat and vegetables, grilled fish, cheese.
Temperature : 14 to 18°C
Custody: 2-5 years
