Merlot AOC Lavaux

A completely southern aspect allows this southern grape, which is becoming increasingly popular in Switzerland, to flourish. Its beautiful structure and supple tannins are enhanced by 16 months in barrels. It makes a fantastic companion to red meat or meat in sauce.
