Pinot gris AOC Lavaux

What better accompaniment for a sweet appetizer, an Asian dish or a terrine than the honeyed flavour of PINOT GRIS? Its small, pinkish-grey grapes lend their colour to the bottle neck. This grape is sweeter than Chasselas and yields a structured wine with a hint of citrus fruit and even lychee.
